Qualifying Specifications: Closed Tournament
Rating System: Power rating – Four (4) points are received for a victory, Two (2) points for a Tie and bonus points are awarded for defeating:
“1A” team – 1 point
“2A” team – 2 points
“3A” team – 3 points
“4A” team – 4 points
Total points earned would be divided by the number of games played at the deadline date to determine the rating number to be used for seeding.
Procedure for Postponement: Decision to be made by game manager and tournament director.
