The Altoona Area School District will be employing metal detectors for all spectators during the regional tournaments.
Please refer to the attachment and make your coaches and fans aware. Teams will not go through them.
The NW regional will run as according to the original schedule –NW Regional Information.
Due to dismissal, parking and metal detectors, we will be bumping the start of Friday SOUTHWEST REGION by a half an hour. This will give some extra time for parking and to enter the building.
Please see this for SW Regional Tournament information . Weigh ins- 2:30 P.M. , doors open 3 P.M. and matches start 4 P.M.
You must purchase tickets at https://www.piaa.org/tickets. Cash ticket sales will not be permitted at the gate.
